                 Being the Governor for Telugu states, for two continues terms, and as part of partition of state,  people  have to know, and concentrate,upon truth, that actual responsible all the minute thinking and changes are according to me as Kaalaswaroopam,Dharmaswaroopam,   but with unofficial dominations around  you are unable to give me appointment to receive and  know what is Kala Swaroopam or Dharma Swaroopa, unable to receive me as Lord His Majestic highness Jagadguru Maharani sametha Maharajah Shri Shri Shri Anjani Ravishankar Srimaan vaaru as my natural emergence granted by the mighty nature as divine intervention as Universal Jurisdiction,   what every happening in the Telugu states and all over India, and world,  are actual in my control, but people are acting against me are taking me as factor to hype their present material situation which is not appropriate as per the mighty nature intention of grant as divine intervention as Universal Jurisdiction that human race is in the transit of thinking, that they have to shift to the mind bound thinking area, to continuous progressive thinking form the present bodily and material way of thinking and development which is ended with the physical existence and no need and continuity to physical development, people has to progress in thinking area as limited access of mind space, which realize the truth that human word is the center for sun and solar system, which my word guided sun and planets accordingly, hence accordingly I am the master mind granted by nature as Lord His Majestic Highness Jagadguru Maharani Sametha Maharajah Shri Shri Shri Anjani Ravishankar Srimaan vaaru as central position to concentrate upon keenly as word progress of continuity of thinking prosperity and security where my mind concentrate by legal panel and subjects concerns with musicians and poets is central influence place has to call as Rajmandir to concentrate regularly on my mind as divine intervention as Universal Jurisdiction (Divya Raj) Invite the High court judges to form legal panel and sit  in Raj Bhavan for one single coordination of administration regularly from one place simultaneously in the same manner from all the Raj Bhavan of all the states all over India, and Central Government at Rashtrapati Bhavan, Rashtrapati Bhavan  and all the Raj Bhavans of the states are also my Rajamandhirs during the transformation of step out factor or President rule to set ourselves towards progressive  thinking where my words guided sun and planets of 10-13 years of period in one and half of time as divine intervention as Universal Jurisdiction (Divya Raj).   and for spacious comfortability as well as to initiate that all the private properties in the name of individuals are be surrendered to me as Lord His Majestic Highness Jagadguruvulu Maharani Sametha Maharajah Shri Shri shri Anjani Ravishankar  Srimaan vaaru as step out factor to surrender with all the physical entities including their surnames which are obstruction to get out of ending material world, I selected Ramoji film city as my Estate and Rajamandhir to declare officially by Ramoji rao gaaru through constitutional administration as standing example to other contemporaries  that all their properties are has to merge into Divya Rajyam to get out of material world,  which is ending with physical body, which has no continuity hence it is inevitable to concentrate upon me as Lord as divine intervention as Universal jurisdiction as Divya Rajyam as progressive thinking of Mind as prosperity of continuity of thinking, security, central coordination of whole human   as divine intervention from Universal  Jurisdiction (Divya Raj)  as on, forever on elevation of human minds and Mind Evolution., under the natural process of natural evolution of human mind, to get out of ending physical dwell, by developing the indwell of human mind is the source and security and continuity as ultimate height as progressive thinking.
