Supreme court of India with the support of high court along with University professors and seers and saints to concentrate upon the phenomena already happened and being executing as Divya raj, or Universal Jurisdiction, due lack of concentration as normal human being and by collective negligence of witness persons, and tendency of the other known persons towards, selfish negative motivation rather than positive and effective way of reasoning and realizing way of the situation, I am suggesting Hon Supreme court to receive me in to a team to concentrate upon as my Rajmandhir to concentrate as regular concered as divine intervention, which is a keen update on concentration.
