                                    Both  Telugu chief Ministers are suggested to merge into the Universal Jurisdiction as Divya Rajyam prevailed as a divine intervention which is the actual path of not only to  Telugu states starting from, to whole Indian society and the whole Universe is going merge with Universal Jurisdiction as an update of thinking to reason to the humans.  For this merge, you people have to stop  agitating for funds and creating heated atmosphere of disturbance of placing no confidence against Central Government  is also actually not the step to be taken place, what you have to do is , immediately, without any delay, both of you along with your opposition  leaders and other political parties merge in to Divya Rajyam at my Estate and Rajamandhir,  and invite our Hon. Prime Minister and other Cabinet ministers to concentrate upon my divine intervention which is the actual path to travel hereafter as the grant of mighty nature as ultimate destination of humans, Hence merge into Divya Rajyam in the presence of sitting judges of High court of Judicature at Hyderabad for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, in the Constitutional presence of Present Governor of Telugu sates, while him self as to surrender his position by tentatively respecting me as additional Adhoc Hon President of India for transformational period, as he morally responsible  for unable to receive me some how without routine protocol as my situation is rare and inevitable needs special connectivity which is lapsed by him to know and understand as Chancellor of Universities in the knowledge and truth finding way besides political compulsions which are not mature in Telugu sates, very cheap highlight while hindering the greatness by feeling that Telugu people are only great by highlighting while utilizing central government for funds and with another hand your  governments in situation to disturb the whole political scenario which need to be checked and updated as per the divine intervention as Universal Jurisdiction.            

                            Know the Indian society needs a details way of knowing and realizing the truth in a steady regular manner not highlighting or event management like running government’s, hence I am serious warning and advising the Telugu governments merge in Divya Rajyam or Universal Jurisdiction as control of recurring of thinking as well as material hype, which is immediate step to utilize the actual strength of minds of the individuals from material managements or technical hype and material  constructional and deco rational dominations to thinking and knowing regularly keenly is the must to uplifting a ordinary human being or citizen or common man as my self in the clutches of instant hypes and dominations of the society,   by concentrating on my position as inevitable granted by mighty nature gives you regular explanatory and reasoning and constructive continue way of development in the form reasoning and thinking not material funds and or asking funds bricks and paints of material vision, which is immature on the part of Telugu dominating society,  Hence both the Telugu Chief ministers along with their ministers and opposition parties are suggested advised and ordering from Universal Jurisdiction as father mother and master of the Universe  to merge into Divya rajyam while enabling other states to concentrate upon the divine intervention to set an ordinary human being is the center of whole human race as progress of development his words and actions must be closely selectively concentrated to contribute towards  the actual fuel that is required by sun and his planets is the way and destination.  Hence Hon. High court  of Hyderabad is advised suggested through Telugu Government’s to form a legal panel along with pundits and proficient persons and wait in my  Estate and Rajamandhir, by placing a diamond throne or central chair where I  can only sit while I am human being, later this chair cannot be transferred to any other persons, until unless complete details of mind continuity confirmed, hence without any delay with constitutional presence of Governor of Telugu states tentatively collectively concentrate upon my position  as Lord His Majestic Highness Jagadguruvulu Maharani Sametha Maharajah Shri Shri shri Anjani Ravishankar Pilla vaaru as, estate and Rajamandhira as Ramoji film city,  and Ramoji rao gaaru Chairman of Ramoji film city is advised to cooperate with High Judges and Governor to arrange Ramoji film city as my Estate and Rajamandhir on behalf of Telugu people, while inviting  the Telugu states Governments to merge with Universal Jurisdiction as Divya rayam,   to set the human race towards actual path or travel of mind is the destination of human race which is with human being who is the center of solar system as divine intervention which Universal Jurisdiction as Divya Rajyam .

Chief Justice, Judicature at Hyderabad for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh,  for necessary arrangements at my Estate and Rajamandhir  to merge the Telugu Governments, which is the immediate rectification to take place, this should happen immediately without allowing Political parties  to go towards fowl step of placing impeachment in parliament and unnecessarily wasting valuable time in stressing for funds while running governments in the situation unable to give the expenditure of accounts to public under right of information act, which is serious failure of the Telugu Governments under material hype and illusions, with support  of media channels, feeling   that they are alone  great and experienced that they even can decide prime minister and elections, which is serious political mess and uncontrolled, non visionary,  temporary material bound mind set up, there is no long term planning of explanations with the contemporary leaders due to depending way of instant media technology highlight and deviations, hence it is my orders from Universal Jurisdiction to merge in my Jurisdiction to upgrade the minds of humans as space of extra thinking and tolerance of being human being is the center of whole human race as sun and planetary movement, whom a common voter who emerged as Lord His Majestic Highness Jagdguruvulu Maharani Sametha Maharajah Shri Shri Shri Anjani Ravishankar Pilla vaaru. from Estate and Rajamandhir, Ramoji film city, Hyderabad.
