President at center and to the Hon Governors regarding respective state Governments in the states for the cooperation of transparency of financial and administration particularly to bring the people from the clutches of technical equipment which people are harming and hindering among themselves, due to lack of coordination of greatness among different circles of the society. Hence in this situation, I am as rectifying factor available as Lord His Majestic Highness Jagadguruvulu Maharani sametha Maharajah Shri Shri Shri Anjani Ravishankar Pillavaar and also as additional ad-hoc, Hon. President of India, additional adhoc Hon Chief Justice of India, and Hon adhoc addtional  Governor of all  the states, and additional adhoc leutnent goververs for all Union teritories,  for transformation period, my official residence cum office is Rajamandhir, one behalf of Telugu people temporarily selected Ramoji film city as Estate and Rajamandhir, subjected to official receiving by the collective constitutional Heads as my emergence is emergent granted by the mighty nature, to receive in the dress and designation as my official decorum to receive and to concentrate upon as way of life with thinking and world while leaving all the materials gradually which is amicable to all the beliefs of the world as update by himself as ordinary human being or common man among contemporaries.
