As per my Jurisdiction which is natural update has to start at Rajbhan, of Telugu States to announce Divya Rajyam from Raj Bhavan and later we shift to Ramoji Film city for comfortability and regularity to invite national and International leaders, by starting immediately as transformation process of getting out of material world, with update as divine intervention as Universal jurisdiction (Divya Rajyam)
